Farmers Statement Savings

Farmers Bank still offers Statement Savings. In fact, it's one of our most popular savings options. Statement Savings is also a great way to teach the value of a dollar to a young person.

$100 minimum opening balance
Interest compounded quarterly (March, June, September and December)
Unlimited deposits
$2.00 service fee if your account falls below $100 on any day of the month
Six free withdrawals or transfers per month ($1 fee for more than six monthly withdrawals)

Transaction Limits: You may make up to six preauthorized transfers from you account within a monthly statement cycle. There are no limitations on the number of withdrawals made in person, by mail, or by automated teller machines. However, a fee of $1.00 will be charged for each withdrawal over six per month.

Farmers Money Market Investment Savings

A higher rate of savings and the convenience of check writing is offered with Investment Savings. You can access your money a total of six times per month and still earn a better rate of interest than is paid on traditional savings accounts.

No service charge with $1,000 minimum daily balance
$10 service charge if the account falls below $1,000 on any day of the statement period
Interest rates vary depending on the daily balance:

Balance less than $9,999
Balance between $10,000 and $24,999
Balance between $25,000 and $49,999
Balance $50,000 and over
